Job Description
Specific responsibilities include:
Order Management
- Accountable for driving revenue with existing customers while providing first-in-class support to inquiries and opportunities such as technical information, pricing, quotes, up-selling and cross-selling of the Belkin product divisions
- Investigate and validate new prospects to gain market share and secure the Belkin brands
- Ability to create a pipeline of revenue opportunities
- Maintain up-to-date account information to include product offerings and pricing
- Responsible for lead generation over the phone, in person, and via email
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales and profit goals established by senior management
- Responsible for creating brand awareness with existing and new customers
- Successfully generate reports which show account trends including growth, set-backs, and declines
- Proactively manage and facilitate projects that drive efficiency and profitability
- Continuous excellent working relationship with internal and external customers including other departments and co-workers
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and follow-through skills
- Attain and retain business acumen including Belkin assortments of products and industry market trends
- Strong knowledge in system applications: Oracle ERP, High-Speed Order Entry (HSOE), Salesforce.com (SFDC), and Business Objects (BO)
- Responsible for the communication of customer requirements to management
- Partner with the Planning, Product Management, Sales Operations, and Finance teams to ensure customers are ready to conduct business which aligns with the organizational strategy
- Collaborate with the sales field team to ensure proper alignment and communication between accounts
- Manage, enforce, and process sales forms through Salesforce.com
- Accountable for adhering to the organization and department procedures and guidelines, including maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of an Associate Degree in any related field of study preferred, or 1-2 years' experience in a Sales, Inside Sales, or Sales Operations capacity
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience working in a corporate office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Programs (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) with a high degree of proficiency in Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including proper grammar and spelling
- Exemplary customer service skills
- Excellent attendance record

Range for this position:
$45,000 - $58,000
Factors such as geographic location, academic credentials, relevant experience, and specific knowledge, skills and abilities will influence the actual salary offered. In addition to a competitive market-based salary, compensation also includes a performance-based bonus, and in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
