We are growing and are currently seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Representative (outbound, full-cycle sales) to become part of our team in Austin:

Base Salary of $45K
Total Comp of $100K+ at quota

  • You are a professional who consistently upholds high standards of integrity.

What’s the role about?

As a key member of our sales team, you will help drive market expansion by introducing Signpost’s services to SMBs nationwide. Your role will be to connect businesses with our solutions, helping them enhance customer service and scale for growth.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities? 

  • Conduct outbound sales activities to generate leads and secure new business.
  • Identify and target key decision-makers at prospective companies and be the point of origin for securing long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, and ensure a seamless transition to customer success.
  • Leverage sales enablement tools to effectively drive sales outreach activity and quality sales interactions. 
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer contacts.

What are the qualifications?

  • Proven track record of 1-2 years in B2B outbound sales, full-cycle sales beneficial.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding activity metrics and sales goals.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
  • Effective at working independently and contributing to the success of the team.
  • Ability to adapt within a dynamic and evolving sales environment.
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
