This role is pivotal in helping our customers enhance the performance, reliability, and longevity of their assets through smart, data-driven solutions.You will be responsible for nurturing relationships, identifying upselling opportunities, and closing deals—all from the comfort of your desk!   • Proactively reach out to existing KONE customers to introduce and sell digital services
  • Understand customer needs and educate them on the benefits of KONE’s digital and SMART solutions
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Collaborate with service and account management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Use CRM tools to track interactions, follow-ups, and sales performance
  • Stay updated on industry trends and KONE’s evolving digital product offerings
  • Take ownership of customer information update (Removing old data & updating with current data)
  • Take ownership of customer feedback and liaise with the relevant areas to close the loop
  • Lead qualification/verification 
  • Work closely with the admin team to eliminate double handling

What We’re Looking For?

  • Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer account management
  • Strong communication and persuasive selling skills
  • A proactive and customer-first mindset
  • Ability to explain technical products in a simple and engaging way
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Passion for digital transformation and smart technology solutions
  • High attention to detail
  • Flexibility to move between tasks
