Join our dynamic NZMS Diabetes Division where we work collaboratively to make a real difference in the lives of our customers. As part of the Inside Sales team, you’ll be at the forefront of identifying opportunities, generating leads, and growing the division’s initiatives. Our team thrives on data-driven decisions, clear communication, and a passion for delivering results. Where you come in:
- You will analyze key sales metrics to uncover trends and meet objectives.
- You will call potential prospects, identify leads, and convert them into sales.
- You will gather customer feedback and insights to inform business strategy.
- You will manage leads in CRM/HubSpot, ensuring efficient tracking and follow-up.
- You will respond to customer inquiries, providing detailed product information.
- You will align with marketing teams to ensure targeted customer engagement.
- You will provide comprehensive reports on weekly and monthly sales performance.
- You will communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including Commercial Operations, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams.
- You will maintain professionalism and confidentiality while supporting Territory Managers in identifying sales opportunities.

- You have strong communication skills, effectively connecting with team members and customers.
- Your ability to analyze data and customer behaviors helps drive informed decisions.
- You are experienced in pre-call planning and selling, tailoring your approach to each customer.
- You bring a deep understanding of CRM/HubSpot and use it to track and manage leads.
- Your proficiency in overcoming objections and handling competition gives you an edge in closing sales.
- You have a sense of urgency, executing your tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Your adaptability helps you collaborate across different teams and contribute to the division's growth.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in data analytics and lead management in a sales-driven environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare or diabetes-related products is a bonus.
