Pour relever nos défis, nous recherchons notre futur(e) Inside Sales (H/F) en contrat à durée déterminée de 7 mois pour le marché européen au sein de l’équipe commerciale de la Nutrition Animale ! Ce poste sera basé à Lestrem (près de Lille).

Nous fournissons des ingrédients d'origine végétale permettant à nos clients de développer des solutions innovantes dans le domaine de la nutrition animale. Notre objectif est d’accompagner nos clients en communiquant de manière efficace notre proposition de valeur technique et innovante.

Votre mission ?

L’Inside Sales collabore étroitement avec les deux responsables marketing (SM) dans leurs opérations quotidiennes, en assurant un accompagnement de qualité tout au long de l'ensemble de l'expérience d'achat client : de la création du devis jusqu'à la finalisation du contrat et son exécution complète.

Votre expérience et vos talents feront la différence pour :

  • Gestion des contrats, expéditions d'échantillons, analyses des produits et du portefeuille, et rapports.
  • Travail transversal avec l’équipe Customer Care et le Flow Manager : gestion du respect des contrats avec révision hebdomadaire des produits en cours pour l’Europe, résolution de problèmes, ajustements des volumes dans SAP en interaction avec les Account Managers.
  • Gestion de la création des contrats avec notre ERP SAP (création de contrats, envoi des contrats aux clients) pour l'Europe.
  • L’utilisation et la mise à jour quotidiennes de notre outil CRM SalesForce : mise à jour des informations clients, enregistrement des rapports et actualisation des données marché.
  • Les interactions avec l’équipe Customer Master Data (expédition, Qmir, etc.).
  • Création de rapports, réseautage, établissement et maintien de relations productives avec les clients.

  • Un diplôme de niveau Bac+3 dans un domaine pertinent (par exemple, administration des affaires, vente & marketing, etc.) et jusqu'à 2/3 ans d’expérience dans la vente.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, orientation client, capacités analytiques, curiosité, résolution de problèmes, sens de l'organisation et attitude positive
  • Esprit d'équipe et capacité à travailler dans un réseau multiculturel
  • Une solide connaissance de SAP (la maîtrise d'un CRM est un plus).
  • Un sens des priorités, polyvalent et réactif.
  • Une expérience avérée dans : le Sales Funnel, la gestion des offres, la gestion des commandes, la qualité, les réclamations, etc.
  • Et parce que nous sommes une entreprise internationale, vous êtes fluent en anglais.

To meet our challenges, we are looking for our next Inside Sales (M/F) on 7 months fixed-term contract for the European Market within the Animal Nutrition team! This position will be located in Lestrem (near Lille)

Our teams

The sales team is responsible for deploying Roquette's technical solutions while effectively communicating our value proposition to customers. Their primary goal is to achieve sales targets and maximize variable margins within the Animal Nutrition sector.

Your mission?

The Inside Sales closely cooperates with the 2 Sales Managers in their daily operations by ensuring a high level of team support throughout the entire Customer buying experience: from quotation creation till the contract finalization and full execution.

Your experience and talents will make the difference to:

  • Contracts management, samples shipments, products and portfolio analysis and reports,
  • Cross-working with the Customer Care and the Flow Manager: contract adherence management with weekly review on carry over of first products full Europe, issues solving, adjustments of volume in SAP in interaction with the Account Managers.
  • Contract creation management with our SAP ERP (contract creation, contract sending to customers) for Europe.
  • Daily use and update of our SalesForce CRM tool : keeping updated the customer information, registering reports and updating data.
  • Interactions with the Customer Master Data Team (ship-to, Qmir, …)
  • Create report, network, build and maintain productive customer relationship

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g. Business administration, Sales & Marketing, etc.) & up to 2/3 years of relevant experience in sales.
  • Strong communication skills, Customer focus, Analytical skills, Curiosity, Problem solving, organized & positive attitude
  • Team player and ability to work in a multicutural network
  • Strong knowledge of SAP (and CRM is a plus)
  • Sense of priority, action oriented and organized, polyvalent and reactive
  • Proven experience in: Sales Funnel, offer to cash, order management, quality, complains, etc
  • And because we are an international company, you are fluent in English
