Role & Responsibilities:

Leading and managing the inside sales team. Driving activities for campaigns, outreach, and communication on the Sales Navigator platform and our B2B sales portal.

Comfortable directing a team with targets and quotas on a 30/60/90/365 days perspective and should have an excellent track record in helping your team achieve the numbers /targets.

Manage your team to leverage online sources of client outreach, including (but not limited to) email, ABM campaigns, online lead generation campaigns, webinars, and other creative initiatives with the end goal of landing new accounts and expanding existing ones.

Experience in running cadences/weekly sync ups with GTM teams and other stakeholders to be able to calibrate on performance and expectations.

Lead the effort to partner with marketing to ensure cohesion in prospect outreach and have visibility into all channel and vertical sales and marketing campaigns and efforts.

Train your team in email and telephonic communication to engage prospective clients.

Identify novel sources and means of reaching out to prospective clients.

Strategize, plan, delegate and execute sales campaigns in alignment with business goals

Lead communication with the sales and accounts teams to share relevant information regarding leads

Manage outreach with prospects and leads in the long-haul, and strategically reaching out them over the customer/lead lifetime

Leverage databases like Discover Org, LinkedIn sales navigator, and others to develop and prioritize connections and outreach strategy.

Proven record of leading, training, mentoring, onboarding and driving an inside sales team in a B2B environment.

Assist in the hiring, training and onboarding of new inside sales team members.

You must be self-motivated and a driven but compassionate leader.

Outstanding content writing skills, excellent email communication, and verbal communication skills.

Superior understanding of the sales process and lead nurturing.

Superior skills in managing and reporting on KPIs for your inside sales team.

Good grasp of content creation surrounding outreach campaigns, sales pitch script, email communication.

Proven track record of working with and achieving targets regularly.

Previous experience (~5 years) in Inside Sales management is a must.

Exhibit a positive, friendly attitude with customers and empathetic towards their needs.

Understand all aspects related to sales and marketing, specifically client-vendor relationships, lead management.

Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, internal and external, in delivering results.

Expertise in the use of G suite tools to report on progress.

Project management skills: Ability to meticulously plan and execute campaigns and activities.
