Job Description
We are looking to employ an experienced Inside Sales Lead to manage our Inside Sales team and ensure that Inside Sales operations are effective at selling and run smoothly. The Inside Sales Lead’s responsibilities include providing ongoing professional development opportunities for the Inside Sales staff, motivating the sales staff to achieve sales targets, and developing an effective step-by-step process of nurturing leads and closing sales. You should also be able to effectively tutor and lead inside sales so that they can effectively execute outbound orders, build relationships, move prospects through the sales process and close sales. You should also provide insight to management on the numbers of people at each phase of the sales funnel. If you can effectively sell our software products we will pay a very large commission…up to 100% of the sales value for the first 20 companies!
To be successful as an Inside Sales Lead, you should have strong leadership skills and ensure that Inside Sales employees comply with company policies. Ultimately, an exceptional Inside Sales Lead should be able to communicate effectively with Inside Sales employees and customers as well as demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, business management, or related field.
- Proven experience working as an Inside Sales Lead.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Excellent leadership skills.
