Job Summary
As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in developing new business and strengthening relationships with our current customers. You will be the voice of UFP Site Built, engaging with customers primarily by phone, answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and driving sales growth. You’ll work in a collaborative environment with both customers and account managers to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and Drive Sales: Maintain strong communication with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat sales. Proactively reach out to new prospects and grow your customer base through phone and internet marketing.
  • Customer-Centric Support: Provide exceptional support by addressing customer needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth order processes.
  • Market Penetration: Execute a market penetration strategy using web-based sales leads and grow sales through targeted outreach.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with account managers and product managers to meet customer needs and enhance sales programs.
  • Continuous Learning: Attend product training sessions and stay up-to-date with new products, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Showcase New Products: Help introduce and drive new product sales, ensuring customers are aware of the latest offerings.
  • Additional Duties: Participate in trade shows and product introductions as needed, and contribute to various internal reports and correspondence.

Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum of a high school diploma.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in customer service or sales support.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building.
