Job Purpose:

Our Inside Sales Account Manager will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with existing customers, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position will also drive sales by leveraging technology and digital communication channels to effectively connect with customers and achieve sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:

● Identify potential customers by obtaining information, referrals, and recommendations from existing customers and other contacts and/or through participation in trade shows and conferences. 
● Utilize digital communication methods and tools to engage customers at various stages of the sales cycle, providing them with timely and relevant information. 
● Maintain accurate records, schedule follow-up actions, and create call plans of leads and interactions in the CRM system. 
● Drive sales growth by actively promoting and selling our products and services through digital channels, ensuring the attainment of sales goals. 
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a cohesive and seamless customer experience. 
● Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to capitalize on emerging opportunities. 
● Perform other duties as required.

Salary Plus Commission role

Work Experience:

● 1-3 years of related job experience.● Ability to work quickly and efficiently.● Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required.● Strong customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful).

Education:

● Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Physical Requirements:
● A significant portion of the job responsibilities will require computer work that involves the continuous use of the fingers, hands, wrists, and sitting for long periods of time.
● The position also requires frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds.
● The position requires work in an office as well as travel to customers, suppliers, group meetings, etc.
