Job Description
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling consumables and supplies to current customers, maximizing account potential.
Actively seek new business opportunities by reaching out to prospective customers, qualifying leads, and converting them into long-term customers.
Provide support to customers, assisting them in choosing the right products based on their needs and requirements.
Manage and process customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain healthy funnel ratio, meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
Requires application of in-depth technical knowledge of products, including contracts, staying up-to-date on new product developments and market trends.
Update and maintain customer data in the CRM system, tracking all sales activities and ensuring accurate records.
Strong collaboration working closely with customer service, marketing and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and order fulfillment.
Drive digitalization initiatives, adoption of online ordering platform.
Responsible for closing the sale on systems and products by talking to customer via digital means - telephone, email, online store, webchat
Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or related field.
Typically, at least 4+ years of sales experience preferably in consumables, supplies or related industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities.

This job has a full time weekly schedule.
