Location:
Eligible and Qualified Candidates must be able to provide their own housing and transportation. Candidate must be local and/or in close proximity to Bridgewater, NJ in order to travel in-person to the internship location.
Desired Skills:
The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing them to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. They will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling them to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, as is the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Intern Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on various projects and initiatives, collaborating with the customer service and compliance teams to support the organization's business objectives. The individual will gain experience across SBR Customer Experience and Strategy organization. Key responsibilities of this role include assisting with internal and external audits, development of process maps, the identification and implementation of process efficiencies, and utilizing Co-Pilot and other AI tools to gather data and conduct analysis on the block of business.
