The Role

Description:
The Client Services Intern will have the following responsibilities:

  • Assist the Service organization with delivery of quality and excellence in Customer Service to group policyholder (employers), sales, brokers and vendors on policies that have up to 5,000 employees.
  • Provide administrative, billing, claims and ongoing day to day support.
  • Strengthen your business acumen & develop skills.
  • Develop personally and professionally with a customized intern curriculum.


Interview for a full-time position in our Service Academy upon completion of the program.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and written.
  • Customer Centric and focused on delivering excellent customer service and relationship management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communications skills and leadership qualities.
  • Motivated team player with sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong computer skills (proficient in Microsoft software including Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks, strong organization and prioritization skills and able to meet and/or exceed internal and external deadlines.
  • Eager to learn and develop as a professional


This is a hybrid role, 3 days in office, based out of our Tampa, FL location.
