THE ROLE
As part of our continuous efforts to revolutionize the capital markets landscape, we are offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and talented Innovation Intern to join our team for the internship program in our office in Brno.
As an Innovation Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to pioneering ideas at the intersection of finance, software engineering, artificial intelligence (AI), and data science. You will work closely with our teams and industry experts, playing a crucial role in the development of groundbreaking solutions that will shape the future of the capital markets.
What you will be responsible for:
- Conduct research on AI frameworks and tools that can complement and enhance CMG product’s capabilities.
- Assist in designing, prototyping, and implementing AI features or integrations.
- Collaborate with the development team to contribute to features using React and .NET/C#.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute ideas to improve development processes.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement and test innovative solutions.
What are the qualifications:
- Current student studying a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field(e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related disciples)
- Familiarity with programming languages such as C, C++ or similar, and experience using these languages during studies.
- Motivation to explore and apply new technologies, especially in AI integration within the .NET/C# ecosystem.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine passion for innovation.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- While not mandatory, an understanding of financial concepts and capital markets is advantageous.
