Greenlight's internship is a paid program for current college students. Throughout the internship, you’ll collaborate on thoughtful projects and bring your fresh perspectives to impact our product and families. What you will be doing:

• Work with R&D to identify and validate new product opportunities by creating hypothesis, conducting experiments, and leveraging data to drive business and product decisions.
• Contribute to the end-to-end delivery of a product feature directly linked to one of our company’s key priorities.
• Conduct research to identify external opportunities to expand and optimize new family growth and engagement
• Build and leverage partnerships. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, product, and marketing.
• Through direct involvement with User Research, generate new user insights and ideate innovative ideas that will shape our products in the future.
• Learn about the end-to-end product development lifecycle through hands-on experience in a fast-moving world class team!

What you should bring:

• A 3.0 GPA or higher
• Local residency in the Atlanta area for the summer of 2025
• A desire to support our mission to shine a light on the world of money for kids, teens and families.
• A willingness to learn and adapt as needed in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail
• Excitement for the Greenlight product and excitement to learn about the fintech industry
