As an Innovation Economy Business Manager in our team, you will optimize business performance by enhancing key initiatives. You will collaborate with us to identify risks and implement effective solutions. This role provides the opportunity to engage with various stakeholders and contribute to strategic projects. Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level responsiveness to executive requests related to project management and business analysis
  • Organize complex information strategically and compellingly
  • Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and determine next steps
  • Manage projects and deliver key work streams and tasks
  • Identify business risks and implement solutions to mitigate them
  • Support audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables
  • Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for various sessions
  • Maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites
  • Participate in initiatives to simplify and improve business processes


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related area
  • Experience in Business Management or similar role
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality presentations and reports
  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience dealing with diverse stakeholder groups
  • Ability to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful design decisions
  • Experience with collaboration tools like SharePoint
  • Experience in risk management and compliance
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment
