A ce titre, l’un des projets phare du site d’Evreux s’inscrit totalement dans cette direction puisqu’il permettra de réduire d’environ 90% l’emprunte carbone d’une spécialité pharmaceutique.

Nous recherchons dans le cadre de ce projet un Ingénieur Sécurité des Process / Safety Process Engineer H/F dans le cadre d'un CDI de chantier en externe ou une mission en interne  au sein de notre site de production basé à Evreux (27).

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES :

En tant que membre clé de l’équipe projet, vous serez responsable des aspects liés à votre domaine de la conception, de l’optimisation et de la mise en œuvre destinés aux installations de production pharmaceutique.

A ce titre, vos missions consisteront à :

  • Planifier, organiser et contrôler toutes les activités en lien avec les risques technologiques du projet (Process Safety, Hazardous Utilities, etc) et avec la prévention liée les contaminations Physical Contamination Cause Elimination (PCCE).
  • Mèner l’implémentation en prenant activement part à l’identification des risques et les risk assessments, en conduisant un plan de limitation des risques identifiés,
  • Concevoir, analyser et valider les installations nécessaires au projet, en assurant leur conformité aux normes et réglementations en vigueur et aux guidelines Process Safety
  • Vérifier tous les cahiers des charges afin de s’assurer de la prise en compte des spécifications liées aux risques technologiques dans les nouvelles installations
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de conception et d’ingénierie pour garantir la faisabilité technique des solutions proposées.
  • Participer à l’élaboration des cahiers des charges et aux spécifications techniques des utilitées et des equipments
  • Superviser les travaux de mise en service et valider les essais pour garantir la conformité des installations aux exigences du projet.

PROFIL :

  • Bac +5 , specialisation Chimique, Mécanique, Eléctromécanique, Génie Industriel, Process Safety
  • Expérience dans l’évaluation et la gestion du risque
  • Expérience dans la réalisation d’investigation, d’inspections et d’audits
  • Connaissance de Process Safety et Program Management

Aware of the impact of our business and medicines, GSK has set itself ambitious environmental targets. In this respect, one of the flagship projects of the Evreux site is fully in line with this direction since it will reduce the carbon footprint of a pharmaceutical specialty by about 90%. 

As part of this project, we are looking for a Process Safety Engineer M/F as part of an external site permanent contract or an internal mission within our production site based in Evreux (27). 

 

MAIN MISSIONS : 

As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for the field aspects of design, optimization and implementation for pharmaceutical production facilities. 

As such, your missions will consist of: 

  • Plan, organize and control all activities related to the technological risks of the project (Process Safety, Hazardous Utilities, etc.) and with the prevention of contamination related to Physical Contamination Cause Elimination (PCCE).  

  • Lead the implementation by actively participating in the identification of risks and risk assessments, by conducting a plan to limit the identified risks,  

  • Design, analyze and validate the installations necessary for the project, ensuring their compliance with the standards and regulations in force and the Process Safety guidelines 

  • Check all specifications to ensure that technological risk specifications are taken into account in new facilities 

  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure the technical feasibility of proposed solutions. 

  • Participate in the development of specifications and technical specifications of utilities and equipment 

  • Supervise commissioning work and validate testing to ensure facility compliance with project requirements.

  • Experience in risk assessment and risk management 

  • Experience in conducting investigations, inspections and audits
