Rattaché.e à l’équipe projet du département technique d’UPS vous serez amené.e a imaginé et réaliser nos entrepôts de demain : analyser nos besoins ;

à dessiner nos systèmes de tri en composant avec nos multiples standards ; définir le cahier des charges de nos bâtiments ; suivre la réalisation de ces bâtiments et système de tri. Pour cela, vous serez l’intermédiaire entre les Managers d’opérations, le coordinateur projet et les différents fournisseurs.

Vos Missions Principales · : 

- Travail en qualité de MOA pour l’organisation des nouveaux bâtiments et système de tri UPS pour différents futurs entrepôts : 

- Pilotage interne et externe des projets 

- Définir en coordination avec clients internes le cadre et les besoins du projet (réunion à mener en anglais) 

- Accompagner le client à l’appropriation de leur nouvel environnement de travail - Planification et suivit du bon déroulement du planning du projet

- Rédaction des dossiers d’appels d’offres 

- Sélections des entreprises 

- Travail avec les services concernés aux rédactions contractuelles 

- Animation de réunion de chantier avec les différents corps de métier impliqués Suivi de la bonne exécution contractuelle et réglementaire du chantier (suivi de chantier en anglais pour certains de nos fournisseurs) 

- Rédaction de rapports grâce aux différents outils de suivi de projet UPS 

- Travailler en relation avec les différents acteurs UPS du projet (équipe internationale) o Responsable de l’ingénierie des futurs systèmes de Tri UPS :

- Réalisation d'études de faisabilité 

- Analyse de données Excel en traduction de plans 2D (Autocad) 

- Estimation budgétaire du projet 

- Gestion du flux (colis et humain)

- Proposition de système de tri (machines de convoyeur) et enveloppe bâtiment. - Réalisation et suivit des Cahier des charges system de Tri 

- Appropriation des standards UPS 

- Garant de l’intégrité du management de flux des machines de tri

Profil Recherché :

Vous disposerez minimum d’une expérience significative (minimum 3 ans) dans l’industrie de procédure des projets multi métier, dotés de bases solides en ingénierie, vous avez des connaissances applicables aux installations industrielles. 

Des connaissances dans le domaine de la logistique, de la messagerie, des bâtiments éco-responsables ou de la gestion d’optimisation des énergies sont un plus. Vous êtes un expert reconnu (e) pour votre rigueur et votre ténacité, votre sens de l’écoute et votre pugnacité. Autonome tout en sachant rendre compte, vous aimez travailler en équipe et avez de grandes qualités de communication vous saurez vous adapter face à des contextes variés tant en interne qu’auprès de sous-traitants. Agile, vous saurez faire face aux nombreuses contraintes d’un site industriel. 

Homme ou femme de terrain, votre capacité à superviser des chantiers sera votre atout pour mener à bien vos missions. UPS vous offrira un cadre international et multiculturel, vous serez amené à travailler sur plusieurs projets de l’Europe de L’Ouest. (France, Espagne, Belgique, Italie...)

Vous serez amené à partager et à échanger avec des interlocuteurs, et clients et fournisseurs internationaux. A déjà démontré dans le cadre d’expériences professionnelles ou associatives les qualités et compétences suivantes :

Job summary

As a member of the UPS technical department project team, you will be responsible for designing and building our warehouses of the future: analyzing our needs ;

design our sorting systems in line with our multiple standards; define the specifications for our buildings; monitor the implementation of these

buildings and sorting systems. To do this, you will act as an intermediary between the Operations Managers, the project coordinator and the various UPS suppliers.

Your Main Missions -: 

-Work as MOA for the organization of the new building and UPS sorting system for various future warehouses: 

- Internal and external project management 

- Define the project framework and requirements in coordination with internal customers (meetings to be held in English) 

- Accompany the customer in the appropriation of their new work environment - Planning and follow-up of the good progress of the project schedule

- Drafting of tender documents 

- Company selection 

- Work with the relevant departments to draft contracts 

- Follow-up of contractual and regulatory compliance on site (follow-up in English for some of our suppliers). 

-Writing reports using the UPS project monitoring tool. 

-Liaise with the various UPS players involved in the project (international team) o Responsible for engineering future UPS sorting systems:

- Feasibility studies 

- Analysis of Excel data into translation of 2D plans (Autocad) 

- Project budget estimate 

- Flow management (parcels and people)

- Proposal of sorting system (conveyor machines) and building envelope. - Production and follow-up of sorting system specifications 

- Appropriation of UPS standards 

- Guaranteed integrity of sorting machine flow management

Profile required

 You will have a minimum of 3 years' significant experience in the industry, working on multi-disciplinary projects. You will have a solid engineering base and knowledge applicable to industrial installations. 

Knowledge of logistics, courier services, eco-responsible buildings or energy optimization management is a plus. You are an expert recognized for your rigor and tenacity, your ability to listen and your pugnacity. Autonomous yet accountable, you enjoy working as part of a team and have excellent communication skills. You'll be able to adapt to a variety of contexts, both in-house and with subcontractors. Agile, you will be able to cope with the many constraints of an industrial site. 

As a hands-on person, your ability to supervise worksites will be your trump card in carrying out your assignments. UPS offers you an international and multicultural environment, and you'll be working on several projects in Western Europe (France, Spain, Belgium, Italy...).

You will be required to share and exchange with international contacts, customers and suppliers. Has already demonstrated the following qualities and skills through professional or associative experience: - 

Project management/Project planning/Supplier management skills/Excellent communication skills/Specification writing skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Excel. 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite 

Minimum level of English required: Fluent (spoken and written).

 Travel required to UPS centers under your responsibility.
