Job Description

AECOM México busca un Ingeniero Electromecánico para apoyar a proyectos industriales y de infraestructura y manufactura. Para laborar en Querétaro

Las responsabilidades incluyen pero no se limitan:

• Realización de análisis de presupuesto y revisión del diseño previo a la construcción.
• Programación de todas las actividades de ingeniería relacionadas con el MEP, coordinadas con los requisitos generales del programa del proyecto mediante el uso de CPM y/o gráfico de barras y/o intervalos cortos y microprogramas.
• Contratación comercial, incluido el desarrollo de paquetes de licitación, análisis de licitación, revisión de nivelación y alcance y la preparación de subcontratos.
• Trabaja en conjunto con las gerencias técnicas y de proyecto  para supervisar las actividades de Proyectos Electromecánicos.
• Evaluación de las órdenes adicionales de trabajo.
• Organiza y facilita la coordinación de planos de instalación técnica.
• Desarrolla y rastrea materiales, equipos y dibujos de taller mediante el uso o programas de presentación e informes de estado de materiales y equipos.
• Realiza reuniones de coordinación de las actividades de MEP.
• Ayuda al ejecutivo del proyecto a trabajar con todos los departamentos, incluida la estimación, programación, adquisiciones  y otros servicios según sea necesario.
• Participa activamente en  la aceptación del trabajo por parte del cliente y la aprobación del proyecto terminado.
• Responsable de la preparación y presentación del informe final del proyecto y el rápido cierre de la sección de MEP.
• Supervisión de construcción de instalaciones MEP.
• El Ingeniero MEP será responsable de la administración e implementación de todas las fases del trabajo relacionadas con las disciplinas Mecánica, Eléctrica, Drenaje contra incendio (MEPF), incluida la preconstrucción, la presupuestación, la programación, la adquisición, el desarrollo de contratos, los dibujos y presentaciones de taller, la coordinación de diseño e implementación.

Qualifications

Requisitos minimos:

• Título Ing. Mecánico / Ing. Eléctrico / Ing. Electromecánico / Ing. Industrial o afín. con más de 4 AÑOS o equivalencia demostrada de experiencia y/o educación

Experiencia:

• En MEPF (Manejo de instalaciones Electromecánicas, Hidrosanitarias, Especiales, Aire Acondicionado y Contra Incendio, Instrumentación y Control (I&C). 
• Pruebas técnicas de las instalaciones.
