Experiencia laboral y educación
Experiencia: 2 años en responsabilidades similares.
Área: Preferible en Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones, Informática o similar.
Educación: Egresado universitario de la carrera de Ingeniería en Informática, Ingeniería Electrónica, Ingeniería en Telecomunicaciones o similar.
Responsabilidades y tareas relevantes
- Asegurar la disponibilidad de las controladoras BSCs y RNCs de la red,
- Manejar las actividades O&M de los nodos, BSC, RNC y realizar acciones correctivas de mantenimiento en caso de fallos.
- Implementar todas las órdenes de trabajo recibidas del NOC tales como: implementar cambios de red, cambios de enrutador, señalar cambios de red, interconectar definiciones, entre otras.
- Realizar todas las actividades rutinarias del sistema de acuerdo con las especificaciones de los proveedores y las exigencias de MIC, como así también controles rutinarios de mantenimiento.
- Ejecutar controles SOX.
- Realizar una investigación y/o análisis detallado en caso de una suma de incidentes que no pueden ser resueltos por el mantenimiento de nivel 1. Escalar y participar con el soporte del proveedor (SSA) si es necesario.
- Derivar el ticket de incidente a proveedores.
- Asegurar repuestos y herramientas de nivel 2 como así también organización para operaciones de nodos BSS.
