Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Infrastructure Analyst II to join the Software Management Team within our End User Computing division. This role focuses on supporting the software lifecycle, addressing security vulnerabilities, and ensuring seamless software operations across the organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
Software Product Lifecycle Management:
• Oversee and manage the lifecycle of software products, including updates, upgrades, and end-of-life processes.
Troubleshooting & Security Management:
• Research, analyze, and resolve software and security patch issues.
• Manage software vulnerability assessments and remediation processes.
Collaboration & Support:
• Work closely with end users, software owners, and technical teams to ensure optimal software performance and compliance.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address software-related challenges.
Education and Experience Required:
Minimum of 4 years’ higher education and/or work experience
Strong understanding of: SCCM/Intune, Software packaging, Application ownership, Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office
Education and Experience Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in technology-related field
Minimum of 5 years’ higher education and/or work experience
Certifications or special training in related technologies
M&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is $60,890.34 - $101,483.90 Annual (USD). The successful candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
