The mission of the Product Technology team is to design, build, deliver and operate robust, efficient and scalable Product technology solutions that align with our strategic business and technology goals.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing, and our Product Technology team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving Product technology solutions. As the Senior Solution Systems Analyst, Product Technology, you will turn business requirements into solutions, acting as the liaison between Technology and the Product business, while playing a crucial role in creating requirements documentation, testing, deployment, and ongoing management of technologies that support Aritzia’s Product Division. THE ROLE

As the Senior Solution Systems Analyst, Product Technology, you will:

• Support with identifying and delivering innovative technology solutions that meet business needs for today and tomorrow.
• Translate business requirements into a scalable, user-centric technology design.
• Ensure the solution design intent is realized and works seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure.
• Implement structured testing to ensure functionality and to identify and address deficiencies.
• Contribute to the smooth and efficient deployment of Product technology solutions.
• Provide excellent and reliable proactive and reactive support for Product technology solutions.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Solution Systems Analyst, Product Technology has:

• Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in:

• PLM in an apparel or retail environment  
• Supporting technologies for Product Development: 3D/PIM/ERP/SCM 

• Agile/Sprint product management  
• Business Analysis 
• Creating solution design documents and user stories that solve the business problem 
• Working with internal and external development teams 

• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000-150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
