What is the role about?
As an Information Specialist Student, you will provide daily support to Executive Search Expert and Consultant colleagues:
- Preparing documentation (profiles and progress reports) of candidates, who are related to searches, in English/German,
- Updating existing entries and creating new entries in the internal database based on various sources,
- Preparing company brochures, collecting press releases in English/German in the form of negative press checks and press reviews.

- work independently and reliably, and learn quickly,
- have the ability to search for relevant information, and may have experience with databases,
- are curious and open to learning new things,
- are accurate in their work, and committed to high-quality standards,
- have a confident command of both written & spoken German and English and good reading & writing skills.
