Job Description

Your role: Provide support to the Technology and Operations, Risk & Controls Leadership team by providing high-quality data-driven risk analytics and controls assurance. Work with Information Risk & Controls Lead to develop and maintains dynamic risk-aligned controls inventory by business functions

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

• Review and document technology/business processes to identify key risks and associated or expected controls.

• Research and document efficient/automated controls testing procedures.

• Coordinates and manages the general controls testing status concerning the accuracy and effectiveness of the compliance (SOC1 and SOX) related controls.

• Assists with the development and implementation of policies and procedures as appropriate.

• Effectively communicates and interacts with Technology and Operations leaders/managers.

• Prepares dynamic monthly/quarterly risk & controls status reports.

• Other duties as assigned.

Experience you bring:

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree graduating between December 2025 and Summer 2026 with a minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals internally

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Self-motivated, organized, and flexible

• Outside-the-box thinker

• Working knowledge of Python, PowerBI, or can work with Databases (SQL or Oracle)
