The Opportunity:
Excellent opportunity to provide support to National Reconnaissance Office. The Historical Programs Team provides support to the full range of activities necessary to administer NRO's mandatory and discretionary Information Review and Release programs in accordance with federal laws and regulations, as well as NRO guidance, policies, directives, instructions, standard procedures and any other applicable documentation.
Responsibilities:
- These activities include support to NRO's Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), Privacy Act (PA), and Mandatory, Automatic, and Systematic Declassification Review (MDR, ADR, SDR) programs.
- Provides subject matter expertise; conduct internal and external educational briefings/training, creates position or point papers, and make recommendations : -Conduct records searches, perform multilevel document reviews, prepare final release packages for Government signature
- Leverages significant application of technical knowledge and conceptualizing to solve problems.
- Frequently responsible for providing guidance, coaching and training to other employees on the program
Qualifications:
Required:
- Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of related work experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in performing complex administrative and analytic tasks as related to the position.
- Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills, high attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficient working in a Microsoft Windows environment and using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- An understanding of the history, organization and activities of the IC
Desired:
- Experience with CADRE/HighView, SharePoint, AdobePro/Redax, and HP-Records Manager.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$109,800 - $241,600
