YOU ARE / A key leader in creating, building, and maintaining influencer brand relations for our clients. You will work cross-functionally with Account, Creative, Earned, and Social Media teams to develop influencer strategies that align directly with campaign goals.
YOUR BASELINE / Immersed in both established and emerging talent across a variety of verticals. Someone that knows what makes the culture tick, on top of what’s trending, and passionate about the value of creativity.
Influencer Partnerships Manager Responsibilities:
- Identify, source, negotiate, and contract influencer content creators for brand partnerships
- Develop client and creator relationships and deepen partnerships, identifying new business opportunities where possible
- Manage and direct the day-to-day operations of campaign delivery
- Maintain and manage campaign budgets, ensuring budgets are kept on track for influencer campaigns
- Lead and be an active participant in internal and external meetings, adding value with knowledge of the brand, strategy and campaign goals/ KPIs.
- Establish and maintain regular communication between the brand and influencer partners
- Maintain relationships with Talent, Management and Agencies; building a strong network of partners across North America.
- Manage relationships with media partners for paid content boosting
- Familiar with SAG commercial usage in conjunction with influencer / creator campaigns
- Generate estimates for the influencer partnerships team
Influencer Partnerships Manager Qualifications:
- 4+ years of professional experience in social media and/or influencer relations
- Have strong detail-oriented, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Have a solid understanding of the social media advertising ecosystem and a desire for learning about industry innovations
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience managing influencer programs and communities
