Join us as the Global Technical coordinator for a Strategic Account within the Global food industry
We are looking for an experienced, highly skilled and motivated Food technologist to facilitate the progression of the global portfolio of projects undertaken with one of our  Strategic Accounts within the Global food industry.
Welcome to the Food and Beverage Biosolution Division of Novonesis.
You will become an essential part of our Global Strategic Account Team lead by the Account Director . The Account team is fully dedicated to servicing and growing this important customer across many different food applications. In order to secure an optimal environment for exchange of technical knowledge your position is anchored as part of our European Technical Service team that collaborates closely with our colleagues in Sales & Marketing to provide world class technical support and innovative solutions to our customer base.
 

In this role you’ll make an impact by: playing a key role in inspiring the customer’s technical teams to further engage in testing a broad range of Novonesis’ biosolutions and thereby identify opportunities for developing the business cases - together with our internal teams and the customer. You will be driving and/or facilitating all technical support activities related to sales opportunities across many different food applications. You will in a close collaboration with Novonesis’s colleagues around the globe be playing a key role in understanding the customer needs and translate those into relevant laboratory and pilot activities for the generation of value adding data. You will be fostering a strong exchange of relevant technical knowledge across our various technical teams dealing with the customer around the globe.
To succeed you must hold:

• Strong scientific skills based on a university degree (M.Sc. or PhD) in food technology. Experience within enzyme applications in food matrixes is a clear asset, but not essential.
• Strong scientific curiosity – and be well versed in the most common food analysis & methods.
• Experience with experimental design and data analysis.
• A strong customer and business orientation – and a strong strategic and commercial mindset, that ensures critical assessment of new business opportunities.
• Leadership skills and the ability to positively influence technical colleagues globally.
• The ability to collaborate across a complex organization – both technically and commercially.  
• A strong drive, excellent communication and influencing skills while operating effectively in a network-based environment.
• Strong project management and presentation skills.
• A winning and opportunity-oriented mindset – and possess great teamwork abilities.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Location: This job is based in Kongens Lyngby, Denmark. Some travelling for customer meetings and trials can be part of your job activities.
