Welcome to our LATAM Technical Service team for Household Care
You will become part of our Household Care Technical Service team, collaborating closely with our colleagues in Sales & Marketing to provide world class technical support and innovative solutions to our customers.
We are looking for a highly motivated Industry Technology Specialist (ITS) to be a key part of the HHC team. In this role, you will help grow our LATAM business in the HHC Industry by developing multi-layer sales relationships with accounts. We are looking for a highly skilled, and motivated Household Care technologist to lead our activities linked to the application of enzymes in a range of Household Care products.
In this role you’ll make an impact by
Collaborating directly with our customers and realize the implementation of new projects aiming to reduces cost and energy and/or introducing innovations in the market with sustainable solutions. Working alongside ITS colleagues, Marketing and Account managers, you will play a pivotal role in comprehending customer needs and processes to deliver world class technical service and exchange industry insights. This role offers the chance to enhance your expertise in novel technologies and expand your industry network while making a meaningful impact on the organization and those around you with your valuable insights.
To Succeed You Must Hold

• Strong scientific skills based on a university degree in Chemistry, Chemical / Industrial / Biotech / Bioprocess Engineering or related;
• M.Sc. or Ph.D degree is a clear asset, but not essential;
• Relevant experience within enzyme applications in household care it is a plus;
• Ability to translate technical insights and data into customer-relatable values;
• Excellent communication skills to engage with customers and internal stakeholders;
• Willingness to work in industrial scale and field based environment;
• Identify business opportunities and competitive threats and develop action plans to deliver/mitigate;
• A flair for providing technical training – internally as well as externally;
• Experience with design of experiments (DOE) analyzing data and a basic understanding of programming it is a plus;
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills;
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish;

Ability to travel during 25-40% of the time
