We are looking for a rockstar individual to spearhead our product advocacy and technical marketing efforts at Higharc for our comprehensive cloud platform for homebuilders. Leveraging your deep expertise of building design, architecture, and the industry, you'll play a critical role in championing our vision for home design and driving the product forward, ensuring it not only meets current market needs, but is also well-positioned for future revenue growth and development. In this highly cross-functional leadership role, you’ll focus on working closely with Product Managers, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to design world-class product content, help define and prioritize our product, produce impactful thought leadership for our industry in a way that catalyzes builder interest and elevates the value of our platform.
What your role encompasses:
- 50% A&D Content, Thought Leadership + Studio Feature Launches / PMM Support
- 30% Customer Engagement + Sales Enablement
- 20% Building model / design automation requirements, A&D VoC
What you’ll focus on:
- Design technical product content: Produce a wide-range of product content (e.g. graphics, sales materials, etc.) in partnership with Marketing for A&D teams. Develop impactful product demos and interactive experiences to effectively showcase features and benefits.
- Support technical product marketing: Partner with Marketing on messaging for A&D teams and help launch new features across various channels and provide cross-functional leadership to ensure that all teams are aligned regarding Studio features and benefits.
- Assist in technical design of building model: Partner with PM on product concept development, major release requirements definition and customer support. Develop and maintain building model / design automation requirements and specification to shape the next-generation, systematic design of single-family homes (example).
- Enable sales and customer success: Partner with Sales and Success teams on customer engagements for deep technical knowledge and architectural A&D solutions collaboration. Get involved in troubleshooting major objections or barriers to adoption with A&D teams.
- Amplify the voice of the customer: Engage customers via interviews, focus groups, and feedback to understand needs and ensure our product best meets customer needs. Work closely with Product teams to insights to define new opportunities, drive our roadmap forward and prioritize what features are most important.
- Advocate for the product vision: Be an advocate for our Studio product internally and externally. Develop thought leadership content to drive awareness and promote our product’s value and benefits at industry events, webinars, and conferences.
What you bring to the table:
- Successful track record in product management and/or marketing at a technology startup in B2B/B2C SaaS
- Deep expertise and interest in architectural design, home construction, and the built world. You can see and easily communicate the value of what we do and how Higharc can help builders transform how they build and grow.
- A high attention to detail and appreciation for design. You believe craft truly matters and always look to balance quality vs. speed.
- Proven experience in building successful demo products or customer-facing interactive experiences that showcase product value and benefits
- Phenomenal writing, editing, and creation skills: you have experience writing or creating content with tools like Canva, Figma, sketching concepts, etc.
- Excellent storytelling skills and ability to simplify complex (especially technical) information into engaging, understandable stories and content for diverse audiences.
- An owner mentality — you proactively identify problems and take initiative through completion. You can see the big picture but don't miss the details.
- Skilled in market research and deriving actionable insights from data with a drive to measure and improve.
- Proven leadership skills with cross-functional groups to collaborate, organize, and execute high-quality, multi-channel projects end-to-end.
- An analytical approach; you love to test and learn, lean on strong analytical
