About This Role:

Join Crusoe Energy as an Industrial Equipment Maintenance Technician, a pivotal role in maintaining the operational integrity of our manufacturing facilities. You will directly support the Facilities Manager, contributing to equipment maintenance, ISO adherence, and the development of a preventative maintenance system. Your work will directly impact our production efficiency by minimizing downtime and ensuring equipment reliability. You'll engage in hands-on troubleshooting and repairs, implement preventative maintenance strategies, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical background in industrial maintenance, with a focus on electrical and mechanical systems, and a commitment to safety. This is a full-time position.

What You’ll Be Working On:

  • Core Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment, perform electrical and mechanical maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

  • Communication & Collaboration: Train personnel on maintenance procedures, interact with vendors, and collaborate with production teams to minimize machine downtime.

  • Daily Interactions: Work closely with the Facilities Manager, production team members, and external vendors.

  • Key Contributions: Develop and implement a preventative maintenance system, maintain ISO documentation, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

  • Documentation Tasks: Manage maintenance schedules, capture maintenance performed, and maintain accurate records in accordance with regulations.

  • Safety Adherence: Detect equipment problems, communicate with the production team, and take appropriate action to ensure the safety of yourself and others.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • Manufacturing Maintenance Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant manufacturing maintenance experience in hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.

  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment, use hand and power tools, multimeters, and electrical instrumentation.

  • Electrical and Mechanical Aptitude: Knowledge of electrical troubleshooting, including voltage drop tests and continuity checks, and understanding of hydraulic and fluid systems.

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with OSHA and other state and federal regulations.

  • Education: High School Diploma/GED required.

  • Safety and Compliance: This position is designated a safety-sensitive position and/or is located in a safety-sensitive facility. Drug and alcohol program participation is required.

  • Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push, pull, or carry objects, and knowledge of proper lifting techniques.

Compensation:
Compensation will be paid in an hourly range of $25 - $30 per hour. All offers will include stock options. Pay to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
