Job Description
- Execute assigned testing tasks with precision and diligence.
- Coordinate tasks and priorities effectively with supervisor.
- Create and modify documentations and processes.
- Assist in the implementation and execution of testing topics.
- Monitor and report on testing task progress regularly.
- Major testing tasks includes:
- Test set-up preparation (Physical)
- Assembly and disassembly
- Test bench operation
- Data acquisition
- Test specimen inspection, cutting
- Magnetic particle test
- Maintain test bench by performing daily checks based on the TPM checklist
- 5S activity in test bench area
- Energy monitoring
Must
- Testing experience of Hydraulic components
- Functional understanding of hydraulic circuit
- Hands on experience of test bench/HPU operation.
- Good English communication and collaboration skills.
Advantage with
- Experience with Industrial hydraulic valves - Direction / flow / pressure / check valves / vane pump / Internal gear pump
- Expertise on fatigue analysis and reliability engineering.
- German language.

B.E. - Mechanical Engineering
Additional Information
1 to 2 years of relevant work experience for testing of hydraulic components
