In this role you will make a difference by managing internal strategies and programs which enable our employees to thrive in a workplace which is inclusive, equitable and is belonging centric focused. The leader of this area will assess and inform workplace and workforce insights which align to and support the tailored needs of our employees and leaders in the markets we serve globally. The role will also manage externally focused priorities which support our marketplace and customers and enables Solventum to fulfill our external requirements, including by delivering expertise in the development and implementation of affirmative action and equal employment opportunity programs, policies, procedures and risk management. The I and B and AA role drives innovation and successfully manages change by positively impacting multiple areas of the business through consultation, collaboration, guidance and leveraging their influence as a difference maker.

  • Leads program development plans for prioritized global programs including I&B global/regional/local programs 2) Planning and execution of AA and EEO Plans 3) Risk mitigation plans related to item #2 4) AA/EEO Audits
  • Implements approved strategies and technology/platform support for programs
  • Determines organizational enablers which drive program success 2) Informs gaps/barriers which may impact program success
  • Supports major initiatives/programs rollout plans 2) Metrics and measurements assets (dashboards/scorecards. 3) Special projects for leadership

Your Skills and Expertise 
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of Affirmative Action and EEO, Inclusion & Belonging experience in a private, public, government or military environment

OR

  • High School Diploma/GED AND twelve (12) years of Affirmative Action and EEO, Inclusion & Belonging experience in a private, public, government or military environment

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • 7+ years of Project and Planning Management expertise in HR
  • 7+ years of Enterprise-wide /Inclusion/ Belonging/ Equity Program Management

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Advanced analytical abilities with dashboards, scorecards, and impact measurement processes
  • Expertise in managing technology offerings-i.e. SharePoint, Workday, Microsoft Office

Work location: Remote – United States

Travel: May include up to [10%%][domestic]

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $137,439 - $167,981, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
