Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.?  Vishay Beer Sheva is currently seeking applicants for an Incentive Pay and Training Coordinator.

Responsible for administering incentive pay program, ensuring accurate calculations, timely payouts, and clear communication with employees. This role also involves designing, developing, monitoring and executing internal and external training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Beer Sheva is the capital of the Negev, located in Southern Israel.

The factory in Beer Sheva was established in 1996 in the “Emek Sarah” industrial area and has over 1,000 employees.  Vishay Resistors are embedded in various industries: Automotive, Telecom, Computers, Medical, Military, etc.

What you will be doing:

  • Calculating the incentive for all production employees, ensuring accuracy and payment on time.
  • Analyzing production data to identify opportunities for improvement in the incentive structure.
  • Establishing and maintaining production standards for each workstation, ensuring they are realistic and achievable.
  • Assisting with various HR projects, including welfare activities, onboarding, employee retention and more.

What you will bring along:

  • Practical Engineer in Industrial Engineering and Management– Required.
  • 1-2 years of industry experience – significant advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
  • Courses in incentive pay software– advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and other relevant software applications.  
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
  • Adherence to procedures and ability to withstand pressure on schedules
