Administer, review, and provide analysis for Associated Bank incentive and commission programs to support Associated Banc-Corp's business strategies and requirements. Responsible for auditing, administering and analyzing compensation plans for Associated Bank which includes tracking, reporting, and database maintenance and integrity.

This person will also:

• Respond to Incentive Compensation inquiries promptly and accurately.

• Compile and analyze incentive compensation information for senior management and create tools to monitor commission plans, costs, and revenue generation.

• Assist in developing and modifying incentive plans, and develop training and communication documentation.

• Administer commission and incentive systems, and oversee and audit incentive reporting.

• Compile incentive compensation data with various departments.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree or combination of work experience and education in business, finance, compensation, HR or related field. Required

Experience

• 1-2 years Incentive Compensation, Compensation, Financial analysis, or Financial Services Industry. Required.

• 2-4 years Incentive compensation with a background in the financial services industry. Preferred
