About the role

As Implementation Manager at Crunchyroll you will help ensure smooth communication and coordination between several teams. You manage the flow of information from intake to the relevant Customer Experience (CX) teams, ensuring that each team is prepared for any customer-related queries or issues and you make certain that CX's requirements are prioritized during launch and release planning.

  • Partner with Product & Program team members to scope CX requirements
  • Represent CX in the weekly Product, Marketing and Business Operations meetings. Attend weekly GTM and anticipate customer affecting launches.
  • Report on and present upcoming product/promo roadmap.
  • Create and lead CX implementation plans for major launches or promos.
  • Hold post-launch retrospectives.
  • Complete competitor benchmarking as needed.

You will report to the Senior Manager, CX Enablement.

Hybrid position based in Dallas, Texas.

About You

  • Strong technical and product understanding / background in product management

  • Analytically and detail oriented with a focus on using data to improve efficiency within the team.

About the Team

The CX Enablement team is "The Air Traffic Control" of CX and Trust and Safety. We foster a culture of communication and collaboration within the Customer Experience Team through helping the team have all information and resources needed to super-serve Crunchyroll fans.You will support our team with the Initiative Management and will contribute to our goal to go beyond providing high-level program management support.

Hybrid Workspace

Employees engage in a combination of remote and on-site work.

Two in-person days per week. Tuesdays and Thursdays are the company-wide days for ALL team members to be in the office, and individuals may choose to come in more if the please.
