Description

In this full-time role, you will act as a key contributor within our software’s implementation process. As Lambent’s Implementation Manager, you’ll be responsible for the planning and execution or expansion of our solution and onboarding of new customers. This requires working closely with large IT and security organizations to obtain the right information and support. You’ll be a main point of contact for customers throughout the post sale process. You will participate in onsite walkthroughs at customer worksites to validate accuracy of our utilization data, troubleshoot and identify problem areas and help resolve. 

This role includes partnering with the internal engineering team, insights and data science teams to help analyze customer data, find meaningful insights, and measure progress against their goals via actionable analysis. You will ensure It will be necessary to share customer feedback with the Product Team and act as an advocate for customer needs, while at all times being a champion of the solution.

You will report directly to the Director of Customer Success to ensure high customer satisfaction. Travel and other duties as assigned will be required.

You are comfortable working at a high level of independence and are passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You should have:

• Exceptional ability to communicate, adapt and foster positive business relationships
• Experience impacting high-level process while also chewing through tasks
• Creative problem-solving powers that drive projects to completion in spite of any obstacles
• Appetite for continuously iterating on process for consistent improvements
• Willingness and ability to travel

These skills will set you apart from applicants:

• Experience in venue or campus management spaces
• Project management experience working with small companies selling to enterprises
• Prior experience working in an early-stage startup
• Familiarity with tools such as G Suite, CRM (Hubspot), Jira
