The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented, results-driven, Implementation Manager to join the Customer Success Team at RIVET. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of client implementations, including project planning, execution, and communication. You will work closely with clients to manage their expectations, scope, and timeline while also collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
This role is on-site located in our Kansas City, KS office with potential remote work if/when applicable. 0-2 trips per month is typical to facilitate key implementations and business alignment. You will report directly to the Director of Customer Success.
What You'll Do
- Learn and teach software functions to audiences of varying degrees of tech-savviness
- Forecast, report, and track pipelines of revenue/services/integrations (CRM/ERP/Hubspot, etc.)
- Own and improve B2B communications, escalations, strategic goals, and alignment
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of our platform to potential clients through presentations, demonstrations, and other sales collateral
- Scope, vet, coordinate, and schedule implementations and integrations (internal and external)
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Integrations, and Account Management
- Develop and maintain an expert understanding of the RIVET application
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related area of study
- 2+ years experience as a Business Analyst or similar title
- Experience in the construction industry
- Demonstrated experience managing complex software implementation projects
- Experience managing client relationships and expectations
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
