What We're Looking For

We are hiring an experienced Implementation Lead to play a critical role in directly impacting our growth and drive customer adoption. 

The ideal candidate brings a robust background in enterprise-level software implementations, combining technical acumen with exceptional stakeholder management skills. You should be comfortable translating complex technical concepts into business value, working closely with engineering teams to build customer solutions, and managing executive-level relationships both internally and externally. 

Experience in program management is essential, as you'll be orchestrating multiple workstreams across product, engineering, and customer success teams. What's most crucial is your proven ability to manage end-to-end implementation projects and drive them to successful completion.

This role will report into our Head of Customer Success work out of our SoHo NYC Office 4 days/week 

What You'll Do

  • Own and drive large-scale enterprise implementation projects from inception through successful transition to Customer Success Management

  • Coordinate across multiple internal teams including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and successful delivery

  • Manage executive-level relationships with enterprise partners, effectively communicating project status, risks, and deliverables

  • Translate technical requirements and solutions into clear business terms for stakeholders

  • Lead project planning and execution, including dependency management, risk mitigation, and change management

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to resolve blocks and challenges

  • Build and document processes while executing, helping establish best practices for future implementations

  • Drive customer satisfaction through excellent project delivery and communication

Who You AreRequired Experience 

  • Proven track record of managing enterprise-level software implementation projects end-to-end

  • Experience working directly with engineering and product teams to build customer solutions

  • Strong background in program management, with demonstrated ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders

  • Experience in executive-level communications and relationship management

  • Understanding of software implementation lifecycle and best practices

  • Familiarity with API concepts and technical troubleshooting (Postman experience a plus)

Salary Information

To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base salary ranges for all US-based job postings regardless of state. Our ranges are based on function and level benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including skills, job-related knowledge and depth of work experience. 

The base compensation range for this position is expected to be between $110,000 - $135,000/year + equity + benefits.

Note: At this time, we are only considering candidates who are authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation Range: $110K - $135K
