The Implementation Engineer will be responsible for managing technical implementations of the BlockID platform, including architecture, configuration, and integration for identity and access management. They will provide L3 support, develop solutions for business challenges, and work closely with teams to refine implementation methodologies and product feedback, while also maintaining documentation and assisting clients with new releases.

- Architect and Design the platform keeping in mind the client’s requirements and industry standard best practices. Refine the implementation methodology based on experience to ensure a repeatable model that is scalable.
- Configuration and management of the BlockID instance for application integrations, policy configurations and workflows to support MFA
- Partner with Sales and Engineering to provide feedback and consultation to customers on how we have solved for certain use cases within BlockID on the field
- Partner with Product and Engineering team to ensure product issues / feature set requests are being provided as feedback • Develop solutions to support complex business challenges and lead internal knowledge sharing sessions to educate other team members
- Provide L3 support for our clients and work with Engineering to solve repeated issues with long term solutions
- Create and maintain technical documentation as a part of implementations
- Work with Client Success Managers to help clients adopt newly releases across the BlockID platform
- Minimum 5 years of experience implementing and/or supporting enterprise IAM solutions
- Knowledge of general industry IAM concepts and best-practices, particularly related to Single Sign On and Multi Factor Authentication
- Experience with Java, RESTful APIs
- Working experience with various authentication protocols such as LDAP, Kerberos, SAML, OAuth2 and RADIUS
- Basic knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies
- Practical software development experience
- Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks such as NIST/FedRamp, SOX, SOC, ISO, SOC2, PCI, ZeroTrust, SaaS Security Framework, Data Security Foundations, etc. a huge plus
