Job Title: Implementation Engineer, AEP

Compensation: $95,000 - $130,000

Location: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin

Adswerve is looking for an Implementation Engineer, Adobe AEP to join our Adobe Services team! The ideal candidate for this position will possess a natural tendency toward analytical thinking, combined with client-facing consultative communication skills. They will be curious about data purity, big data analysis, machine learning, and product development, working and have demonstrated strengths in data engineering. Our team of Adobe experts are responsible for collaborating with clients and internal teams to solve complex data-related challenges for some of the biggest brands in the world.

Responsibilities

  • Design comprehensive data measurement strategies from inception to deployment, developing data collection frameworks, ensuring accurate and complete data capture across all digital touch points.
  • Lead the implementation and integration of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) solutions; developing and executing web and mobile SDK configurations
  • Configure AEP components including Adobe Analytics (AA), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Customer Data Platform (CDP), Real-time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP), and Journey Orchestration.
  • Implement and manage multiple analytics tag management platforms such as Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager, and Tealium, ensuring proper tagging and data collection for web and mobile applications.
  • Design and implement Experience Data Model (XDM) schemas to ensure consistent data structures, manage data ingestion, transformation and harmonization processes within AEP
  • Configure source and destination connectors to enable seamless data flow between AEP and various data sources and destinations.
  • Implement identity resolution techniques to link disparate data points to individual customer profiles and build and manage identity stitching processes to create unified customer profiles.
  • Utilize advanced JavaScript skills to customize and enhance AEP implementations.
  • Conduct thorough QA testing to validate data collection, ensuring data accuracy and reliability, Monitoring and troubleshooting data pipeline issues to ensure data integrity and reliability.
  • Ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency throughout the ingestion process, applying necessary transformations and validations.
  • Create detailed documentation for data measurement strategies, implementation processes, and technical specifications and maintain up-to-date records of platform configurations and customizations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, data science, and IT to align data strategies with business goals.
  • Collaborate with project teams to embed Adobe tracking codes into web and mobile applications, enabling comprehensive data capture
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Experience

  • Proven experience in computer science, data engineering, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of focused experience in data engineering and analytics within Adobe Experience Cloud & Manager (Analytics, Target, Launch, etc). Real-Time CDP knowledge and experience a bonus.
  • Skilled in designing scalable data solutions, optimizing data storage, and implementing tracking solutions in the Adobe AEP suite of products..
  • Extensive experience with JavaScript, Python, SQL, Adobe Experience Cloud, Azure (minimum 2 years with two or more of these).
  • Familiarity with various cloud technologies like AWS, BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.
  • Knowledge in JavaScript and web development for effective data collection and marketing analytics.
  • Ability to create clear and comprehensive documentation.
  • Proven ability to creatively solve complex problems and deliver high-quality solutions on time.
  • Strong collaboration and prioritization skills, with an inclination to work in a team.

This position pays a base salary of $95,000 to $130,000 per year. Wage differential is based on training and experience.
