Role Overview
As an Implementation Consultant, you will lead the deployment of our loyalty and payment software solutions for fuel and convenience store operators. You will be responsible for overseeing project planning, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless implementation process from contract signing to go-live. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and a strong understanding of fuel and convenience store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end implementation, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget while serving as the primary client contact.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation, coordinating cross-functional teams for seamless onboarding.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand client needs, tailor implementation strategies, and provide regular project updates.
- Train clients and teams on system functionality, best practices, and workflows, offering post-implementation support for smooth adoption.
- Configure software solutions to meet client needs, including loyalty programs, payment integrations, and POS connectivity.
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot integration challenges, ensure data accuracy, and maintain compliance with industry standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues as needed while continuously refining implementation methodologies and documentation.
- Track project performance, analyze key metrics, and report progress to leadership.
- Gather client feedback to drive product improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and compliance requirements in fuel and convenience retail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with payment processing, loyalty programs, or fuel/convenience retail
- technology preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, payment gateways, and API integrations is a plus
