Immediacy is key to our business strategy, driving innovation and convenience for our Asda customers across the UK. If successful, you will be joining a team who lead from the front and have customer convenience and experience at the heart.
Asda are seeking an Immediacy Project Coordinator to support our Collection and Service team, particularly supporting with driving sales growth across all partners, through operational improvement, third party collaboration, store rollouts and tech improvements.
Reporting directly into the Immediacy Manager, you will hold a strong relationship with third party suppliers, help generate ideas and drive growth in the channel. You will ensure that the customer mind set is at the heart of everything you do and consider a collaborative and optimal approach.

In order to be successful in this role you will have a strong understanding of eCommerce systems and technology, as well as previous exposure to eCommerce operations. Sound technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities will be essential to ensure you are able to hit the ground running, and excellent stakeholder management skills will be crucial in building your reputation across the business and with our partners.
Experience with Excel and PowerPoint, as well as a flexible and agile approach to projects will be highly advantageous. You will also need an awareness of the wider E-commerce market and our competitors.
