Education, Experience, and Qualification:

- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in healthcare data management, with a focus on data infrastructure, sourcing, and annotations.

- Strong technical background in data management technologies, Healthcare Imaging and tools, such as relational databases, data lakes, ETL processes, and data quality management·
- In-depth understanding of healthcare data standards, regulations, and compliance requirements, such as HIPAA and GDPR.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and relationship building with external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical data solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Certification in healthcare data management or related fields (e.g., CHDA, CDMP) is a plus, Flexibility to work flexible hours to conduct and attend meetings over multiple time zones.
Role And Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a diverse team of data professionals, including data infrastructure engineers, data scientists/analysts, 3P annotators, across different regions.
- Define and manage the data workflow compliant with the FDA regulatory requirements for healthcare AI development.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance healthcare data management infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Oversee data sourcing activities, including the acquisition, integration, and quality assurance of healthcare data from various sources, such as healthcare imaging data from PACS and other image archival systems, electronic health records (EHRs), medical devices, wearables, and other healthcare systems.
- Manage the annotation process for healthcare data, ensuring accuracy and relevance for downstream applications, such as machine learning algorithms and clinical decision support systems.
