Get to know the Role

This role will be the key person to manage Identity especially on eKYC process performance seamlessly and comply with the regulatory requirements. You will work closely within the eKYC team and across the relevant teams to take our eKYC experience to the next level.

The Day-to-Day Activities

Lead and manage strategic projects to grow Identity solutions in the Grab ecosystem, from formulating business ideas to collaborating with stakeholders to run projects independently

Collaborate with eKYC business owners, product teams, AML team and other stakeholders to help define controls and regulatory requirements that our in-house built has the best experience.

Identify and drive enhancements that could improve our customer experience, unlock growth, improve our operational processes

Use data to define the effectiveness of controls and support the implementation of an ongoing process

As improvements are identified in audits or by third parties define project plans and facilitate their implementation

Perform periodic reviews to ensure our controls remain complaint- reviewing changing regulations and industry guidance

Work closely with FPnA to manage P&L tracking
Qualifications
The Must-Haves
-
Possess Heart, Hunger, Honour and Humility
-
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in consulting, operations management, financial services, or start-up/tech industry.

Self-starter and independent learner who takes ownership for tasks on hand and initiative to challenge the status quo.

Strong analytical ability, comfortable with analyzing data to make decisions.

Go-getter with grit to deliver above and beyond
-
Experience in managing people and stakeholder experience. Understand how to build processes with great communication/interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English communication, including reading/writing.

Strong working knowledge to build processes, with excellent attention to detail.

Experience with SQL is highly desired (optional)
