Job Description:Provides leadership, supervision, and direction to identity and access management staff responsible for handling complex provisioning, troubleshooting challenges, and implementing IAM process/procedure improvements via task automation, system integration, and process improvement. Responsibilities include: leading the identity and access management team in engaging in proactive planning and support, and organizing the identity and access management team to be flexible and adaptable in meeting the changing needs of the organization; ensuring an outstanding level of customer service while providing direct technical knowledge to escalated Incidents; human resource management; fiscal management of staff and projects, direction of advanced support activities including resolution of complex issues; and reviewing and processing requests, incidents, and knowledge.

Educational Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business or related field of study plus 4 years of experience working in a complex technology environment in positions of increasing responsibility
OR
- Associates degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent degree plus 6 years of experience working in a complex technology environment in positions of increasing responsibility
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous lead, supervisory or project management experience
