The Identity and Access Management Privilege Access Management (PAM) Specialist role is crucial to MUFG Securities adherence to governance and safety and soundness principles, ensuring that our PAM is aligned with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies. This is an operational role who will be the primary person responsible for our PAM platform, ensuring that our organization operates within established risk tolerances and maintains a robust control environment pertaining to PAM.
This role will initially involve learning and performing processes manually, but over time the candidate is expected to streamline those processes by automating repetitive tasks to be more efficient. This is an excellent position if you are a beginner scripter/coder and want to get to the next level of automation.
Responsibilities:

Onboarding/offboarding privilege accounts to the PAM platform

Identify improvements and automate existing manual PAM processes
-
Preparing and presenting audit reporting
-
Troubleshooting
-
Monitor health and welfare

Working with accounts owners to manually rotate password
Required Skills:
-
Strong experience (3+ years) of supporting and understanding best practices of IAM and PAM (CyberArk or equivalent)

Strong experience working on core infrastructure technologies (e.g. Windows Servers, Active Directory, Linux, MSSQL, etc.)

Experience creating and troubleshooting automation scripts (e.g. PowerShell, Python)

General knowledge of ServiceNow ticketing systems

Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

Motivated, energetic, and self-driven (e.g. time management, organizational skills, identifying tasks)

Strong analytical skills, problem solving, and conceptual thinker
Desirable Skills:

Worked with a ticketing system (e.g. ServiceNow)

Ability to write SQL queries

Use scripts to interact with Rest APIs

Use Splunk to pull data

Use Jira to track and Confluence to document work
Education:

Bachelors’ degree in related fields and/or equivalent work experience equally preferable.
Job Location:
As per MUFG’s Location & Return to Office Strategy policy, must work onsite out of 1251 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY office 4 days onsite/1 day Remote.
The typical base pay range for this role is between $110K - $135K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
