Job Summary:

The Access Recertification Analyst is involved in all access recertification campaigns within MUFG Bank. Millions of access records are certified by Managers each quarter. The candidate must possess the ability to manage large data sets with great attention to detail and accuracy. Being a self-starter, self-driven, and motivated is a must.

Major Responsibilities:

The Access Recertification Analyst is a key position in ensuring access recertifications are conducted in manner that meets MUFG Controls and Standards.

• Review data for completion of data prior to campaigns ensuring the data is correctly tagged and represented

• Generate reports from various tools as needed for key stakeholders, with tight deadlines

• Monitor user transfers and terminations to ensure data completeness

• Assist managers with completing reviews when needed and tactfully follow up with delinquent managers. This role will interact with all levels of leadership

• Support any tool migration with testing, documentation and user training

• Create and update process and procedure documents

• Ensure all evidence is stored according to data retention guidelines.

Qualifications

• Prior Customer Service experience

• The ability to adjust communication style based on audience (Analysts all the way up to CIO)

• Aptitude to lead complex efforts with minimal supervision using time management and organization skills

• Proactive mindset and actions with a Proven ability to work independently and as a team member

• Strong Microsoft Excel experience (for analysis purposes)

• Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite

• 1-2+ years of working experience in a task driven environment

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience

• Financial services / User Access / User Certifications experience is a plus, but not required

The typical base pay range for this role is between $80K - $109K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
