What will you be doing?
In this job you will be working at the ICT Service Centre and be responsible for supporting our internal employees. In this roll the ICT Service Centre supports, together with local ICT contacts, 9000 workplaces around the world. The ICT Service Centre is a skilled Services Centre responsible for logging and handling of tickets. You will be picking up calls and tickets in the ticket system, you ask the right questions to get to the bottom of the problem and try to resolve it.
As an ICT Support Engineer you are driven to provide the best possible IT customer service. You have a broad knowledge of different subjects which you can use to resolve a variety of tickets, leading from hardware, to Windows and even to application specific issues.
- Support our internal employees worldwide, working alongside local ICT contacts.
- Handle questions and issues through our ticketing system, ask the right questions, and get to the root
of the problem.
- Analyze and resolve incidents and service requests, whether it’s related to hardware, software,
or user accounts.
- Be part of a team that supports 9,000 workplaces globally!
Who are you?
- You have at least an MBO 4 diploma in ICT and around 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- You have knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Windows 11, and Active Directory.
- Experience with TOPdesk, PowerShell, Intune, or SCCM is a plus.
- You are social, customer-oriented, and have strong communication skills, both in Dutch and English.
- You understand the importance of automation in a growing organization and contribute to improving
the department every day.

This position offers a competitive salary range of € 2808,64 to € 3771,61 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.
