Position Overview:

Our Impact:
The I&CM Treasury team is responsible for funding Freddie Mac’s business, investing excess liquidity and hedging the company’s interest rate risk. Within that, the team is responsible for other, larger scale, cross-divisional projects, such as Resolution Planning, as well as handling the division’s rotational analyst program, which also spans Single Family Portfolio. The team sits at the heart of Freddie Mac, facilitating and touching every part of our business, with a faster paced, trading floor style environment.
Your Impact:
- Supporting and driving project management for large projects, namely Resolution Planning and other I&CM Treasury projects, through facilitating work across divisions and levels of leadership
- Helping move projects along, while showing ownership of your work through presentations to senior leaders of the division, both on projects you are responsible for and on the progress of the analyst program
- Handling the division’s analyst program, from recruitment to full time placement, handling day to day needs, and being a resource for the population of analysts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (Master's Degree preferred) and 1+ years of related professional experience
- Project/program management experience
- Proven success in managing business initiatives
- Strong communication skills, especially with senior management
- Ability to facilitate innovative thinking to solve problems and establish business processes
- Capital markets and/or GSE knowledge or experience preferred
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills required; MS Office skills preferred

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $62,000 - $92,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
