Job Purpose

Main Responsibilities 

  • Role will be responsible for innovation planning, such as managing innovation project, ensure timely and accurate production and dispatch of innovation, and owning innovation project performance tracker 

  • Monitor, track, and ensure the completeness of E2E MDM creation 

  • Work with E2E Planner on the production schedule for innovation 

  • Work with Sales Planner & DRP Planner on the distribution for innovation 

  • Monitor, track the product flow to shelf 

  • Updating SKU in CD system (i.e. Leveredge, Power BI) for DT customers 

  • Overseeing the transition plan execution and status and acknowledge the business impact on business waste 

  • Support KAM on the listing process for MT customers 

Candidate Criteria 

Experience & Qualification 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering/environmental science, or a related field. 

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain, preferably in planning 

 

Skills: 

  • Collaboration tools, kinaxis, Aera, Forecast utility, data lake, SAP, Neco  

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Understanding of supply chain and planning mastery 

  • Multi Stakeholder management and performance management 

  • Scenario and exception-based planning 

  • S&OP and business environment understanding 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
