JOB PURPOSE: 

The Management Reporting Analyst will support the Management Reporting Lead in designing and implementing best-in-class management reporting processes as part of our ERP transformation. This role focuses on financial and performance management reporting, data analysis, and ensuring accurate insights to drive decision-making.

This position is critical to ensuring seamless management reporting integration within the ERP system and will exist for the project implementation duration, expected to be 2.5–3 years.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the Redesign of Management Reporting Processes:

    • Assist in the development and execution of standardized management reporting processes aligned with industry best practices.

    • Support seamless integration of financial and operational data across all business units within the ERP system.

    • Maintain and refine key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and reporting frameworks to support data-driven decision-making.

    • Collaborate with the R2R Lead to ensure alignment between financial and management reporting.

  • Work on ERP Transformation and Data Analytics:

    • Work with IT and finance teams to configure ERP systems for optimized management reporting and analytics.

    • Identify automation opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and minimize manual intervention.

    • Conduct data validation, testing, and troubleshooting to enhance system functionality and accuracy.

  • Collaborate with Stakeholders:

    • Partner with finance teams, business leaders, and external consultants to ensure smooth ERP implementation.

    • Provide support and training to teams on new management reporting tools and processes.

    • Assist in documenting and standardizing reporting structures across the organization.

  • Ensure Data Integrity & Compliance:

    • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of management reporting data.

    • Implement governance mechanisms and controls to maintain high data quality and reliability.

    • Support proactive adaptation to evolving business reporting needs and regulatory requirements.

  • Test, Validate, and Optimize:

    • Participate in rigorous testing and validation processes to ensure optimal MR configurations.

    • Identify and address gaps in reporting, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field.

  • 3–5+ years of experience in management reporting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or performance management.

  • Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar) and financial data transformation.

  • Experience with business intelligence tools and data visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.

Technical and Analytical Skills:

  • Strong financial and operational data analysis capabilities.

  • Ability to interpret and structure data into meaningful business insights.

  • Familiarity with automation tools and digital solutions for reporting enhancement.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
